If you are using another browser, you MUST use our Java Applet. If you are seeing a message that says "Error CreateX" and a red X, you may not have the ability to install the ActiveX Control on your computer. You might want to ask one of the computer techs in your office to log in as an Administrator and have them go to the website. It should download then. If you are seeing STOP and are using Windows Vista, Click your Windows Start button. Click Control Panel. Open User Accounts. Looks for Turn User Account Control On or Off and click it. If you do not see this, click User Accounts at the top of the window. Then click it. Click Continue. Uncheck the box and click OK. You will need to restart the computer. If you are seeing STOP and are using Windows 7, Click your Windows start button. Click Control Panel. Click User Accounts. Click User Accounts again. Look for Change User Account Control Settings and click that. Pull the slider down to the bottom and click OK. You will need to restart your computer. If you are seeing "Can't Connect", there is likely a firewall on your local area network. You can ask your Network Admin about opening ports 4550 and 5550 on the firewall, otherwise you will need to use our Java Applet. Java Applet Video PagesJava should be accessible on almost all systems. If you do not have java, you can go to http://www.java.com to download it. If you are seeing a frozen screen, make sure you are using our Java 6 applet.
